Your Rights and Obligations

1 Eligibility & Age Verification

1.1   The 77cb platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. It is a strict condition of registration and continued use that you are at least 21 years old at the time you create your account and at all times thereafter.

1.2   By registering an account with 77cb, you warrant, represent, and confirm that you are aged 21 or above. 77cb reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Account access may be suspended pending verification.

1.3   If 77cb determines or reasonably suspects that a player is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended. Any deposits made will be returned to the payment method used for the original transaction, minus any winnings accrued, which will be forfeited. 77cb takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will report confirmed cases to relevant authorities where required.

1.4   You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) to register a player account on 77cb.

1.5   77cb services are intended for players accessing the platform from Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in their specific location. 77cb makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available in any jurisdiction outside its intended market.

1.6   Employees, contractors, consultants, agents, and immediate family members of 77cb and its affiliates, technology partners, and game providers are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

2 Account Registration & Security

2.1   To access real-money gaming features on 77cb, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number.

2.2   Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the 77cb platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 77cb employs technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any funds in excess of the original deposit may be forfeited.

2.3   You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility.

2.4   If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 77cb immediately via [email protected] or through the live chat widget. 77cb will investigate all reported security breaches promptly and may temporarily freeze the account during investigation.

2.5   77cb reserves the right to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on any account at any time. This may include requesting a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and verification of the payment methods associated with the account. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal processing being delayed or the account being suspended.

2.6   You agree to promptly update your account information if any of your personal details change. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3 Deposits & Payment Methods

3.1   77cb accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) only. All account balances are maintained in BDT. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and USDT (Tether) cryptocurrency.

3.2   The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Individual payment providers may impose their own minimum and maximum transaction limits, which will be displayed at the time of deposit. 77cb does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

3.3   All deposits must originate from a payment account that is held in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using a payment method registered to a third party, is strictly prohibited. 77cb reserves the right to request proof that a payment method belongs to the account holder at any time.

3.4   Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 77cb account within 30 seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to be confirmed and credited. 77cb is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or technical issues.

3.5   77cb uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all deposit and withdrawal transactions. Payment credential data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never stored by 77cb in unencrypted form.

3.6   77cb reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that it reasonably believes may be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

4 Withdrawals & Payout Policy

4.1   Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on your account, or to a bank account that has been verified in your name via the KYC process. 77cb does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.2   The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

4.3   For fully verified accounts, standard withdrawal requests via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 business hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.

4.4   Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully KYC-verified and any active bonus wagering requirements must have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw while bonus funds remain subject to wagering requirements may result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

4.5   77cb reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal. This may include source-of-funds verification for large withdrawals. The threshold for source-of-funds requests will be communicated to affected players at the time of the request.

4.6   In the event that 77cb identifies a potential error, technical fault, or integrity issue with a wager that contributed to the balance subject to withdrawal, 77cb reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such hold.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1   77cb may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and other promotional offers to registered players. The specific terms of each promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts — are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

5.2   All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion.

5.3   A player may hold only one active welcome bonus at a time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

5.4   77cb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already claimed by a player at the time of modification will be honoured under the original terms unless there is evidence of abuse.

5.5   Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, coordinating bets with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially, or any other activity designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion — is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

5.6   Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will be credited to your account within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion terms. Any winnings generated from free spins are typically subject to a wagering requirement, which will be specified in the promotion terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1   All bets and wagers placed on 77cb are binding once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring that they select the correct market, stake amount, and game before confirming any wager. 77cb will not reverse or void confirmed bets on the grounds of player error, except in the circumstances described in clause 6.4.

6.2   Cricket and sports betting markets on 77cb are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant sporting body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for domestic BPL fixtures). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, 77cb's decision, made in good faith on the basis of available information, will be final.

6.3   All casino games on 77cb — including slots, live casino tables, and crash games — operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied by independently certified third-party providers. The outcome of every game round is determined by the RNG and cannot be influenced by 77cb or the player. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6.4   In the event of a manifest error — including an obvious pricing error in a sports betting market, a game malfunction, or a technical fault that affects the integrity of a game round — 77cb reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. 77cb's determination of a manifest error is final.

6.5   Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and to total winnings in a single gaming session. These limits are published in the specific game rules and betting market terms. 77cb reserves the right to withhold payment in excess of the stated maximum payout limits.

6.6   Players must not use any system, software, algorithm, or strategy that is designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform. This includes but is not limited to automated betting software (bots), card counting tools, and arbitrage betting systems that exploit pricing discrepancies. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77cb platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using the platform while under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one player account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system faults to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct toward 77cb staff or other players.
• Attempting to access the platform via a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Scraping, copying, reproducing, or redistributing any content from the 77cb platform without written authorisation.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1   All content on the 77cb platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, promotional material, and software — is the intellectual property of 77cb or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2   You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77cb platform solely for the purpose of personal entertainment and gaming. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any 77cb content.

8.3   Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used on the 77cb platform under licence. These studio names are the property of their respective owners.

8.4   Any unauthorised use of 77cb intellectual property, including unauthorised screen recording, reproduction of game mechanics, or impersonation of the 77cb brand, will be subject to legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77cb shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.

9.2   77cb provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 77cb makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9.3   77cb is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or any other third-party services that interact with the platform.

9.4   In any event, 77cb's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 77cb account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.5   Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Account Termination

10.1   You may close your 77cb account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

10.2   77cb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account with or without notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that: (a) the player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) the player has provided false or misleading information; (c) the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activity; or (d) closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance.

10.3   In the event that an account is closed for cause, 77cb reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

10.4   Players who have self-excluded via the responsible gaming dashboard may request account closure for an indefinite period. 77cb will honour all self-exclusion requests promptly. Self-excluded accounts will not receive any promotional communications for the duration of the exclusion period.

11 Governing Law

11.1   These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to internationally licensed online gaming operations. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through the 77cb dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent court.

11.2   In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact the 77cb support team to seek an informal resolution. The support team will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the complaint by writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint."

11.3   These Terms & Conditions are written in English. The English language version shall prevail in the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency.

12 Amendments to These Terms

12.1   77cb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 77cb will notify registered players via email and/or a notice on the platform. The updated terms will specify their effective date.

12.2   Your continued use of the 77cb platform after the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
